Terms: Cash, In state Check (with proper ID), or Credit Card payment may be used for auction pick up. A 3% convenience fee will be added to the total invoice if a credit or debit card is used for payment. An invoice can only be created for lots you actually win.

Taxes: 6% Kentucky Sales and Use tax will be added to the contract price unless a valid Exemption Certificate is on file with the auctioneer. Please provide any Tax Exemption during the registration process.
All Items to be paid for in full day of Auction! All items to be removed day of Auction except those items that are attached to the building. Special arraignments must be made with the Auctioneer to insure all items are removed on or before December 15, 2018.
The cost of removal of items is the responsible of the Buyers.
The Buyer's agrees and understands they are responsible for any damage to their items during removal or accidents and injuries.
This auction is a CASH SALE not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, or further inspections of any kind, as agreed to by bidders at registration prior to bidding. Bidders are encouraged to perform on-site inspections of the property prior to bidding. However, failure to do so in no way relieve the buyer of any of the terms or conditions set forth here.
BIDDER VERIFICATION: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Vette City Real Estate & Auction Co.
